Drawstring Dress

Loose fit funky wear with this fabulous dress. The sleeves are of an interesting cut, made in two pieces, but the elbows are open. The top is knitted, and the raincoat skirt has Ribbon puffs on both sides, which can be tightened if desired or worn as is.
